Custom Quantum Cascade Lasers and QCL Systems

    Founded in 2008 as a spin-off from the Humboldt University Berlin, Quantiox GmbH positions itself as a developer of custom semiconductor devices with focus on
    Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs). Our patented QCL active region design (US 8,971,369 B2) allows us to deliver high-efficiency QCL modules with up to watt-level of
    output power either in pulsed or continuous-wave mode. Optimized custom electronic modules reliably power the QCLs. Quantiox GmbH is vertically integrated in terms
    of production technology, involving in-house heterostructure design, epitaxial crystal growth, device fabrication, and in-house testing and assembly. Because of our
    vertical integration, we can deliver custom QCL solutions quickly and cost-efficiently.  In-stock QCL modules can be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

    In addition to QCLs, we offer custom epitaxy and consulting on semiconductor device development.
